    Awesome service👏! Awesome food🍔🍟! Awesome experience❤! Our server, ALAA, was one of the most friendliest waitress I've ever met! She treated me and my family like "family" 💞and it was our first time ever eating there. She and the others staff danced🎵 and we danced🎵 and had a blast🎆! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Hostesses ignored customers and caused a fight. Sign says wait to be seated. They saw (stared at actually) incoming guests, and ignored us causing a huge line out the door waiting to be seated. In the meantime, 3 tables became available and they did nothing to seat the new guests who obviously were not waiting with the large party in front of them. A man broke in line and was going to seat his family a head of others who were waiting in line and that caused a shouting match between several men. This occurred on Saturday April 20th near lunchtime. Management needs to speak to the two hostesses who clearly did not care and were the ultimate cause of this chaos. None of the employees apologized or appeared to offer any condolences for what happened. I was so uncomfortable and upset I lost my appetite and didn't eat with my family. I don't ever want to write a review about an employee that would jeopardize their job but, clearly these hostesses need to be retrained. I work in customer service and I know the importance of defusing a situation and that was not accomplished here. Please retrain your hostesses so that this never happens again.

    Was recommended to come here from a local because many restaurants in the Broadway area are a bit pricey. The portion size was good, although it wasn’t cheap. Will say the waiters were very nice and treated us really well. I really don’t have any complaints, philly cheese steak was great.

    The service today was great. The food came out very hot especially the cheese fries. The price for food was perfect.

    Experience was good as always. The kids really enjoy this place however it needs a good deep clean. I felt the clealiness was equal to that of a busy gas station. It just needs some TLC from the employees.
